i would choose a test current of 10mA and, and the test voltage being used is 20mV.

i would like to know how could i proceed further in designing it.
Can LM385 be used for it?
it gives an o/p current from 10uA to 20mA and with an o/p voltage from 1.24 to 5.3 V ( i think the voltage is not in my desired limits - hopefully want to know whether any design technique could allow me to make use of it), or any other suitable component to do this?
