For my project I need to count number of objects inserted in 100mm diameter plastic tube

is the tube clear?

how long is the tube

how many objects can it hold

I hope the diameter of the object is more than 1/2 diameter of the tube. Otherwise you have a project

if the objects are not identical the problem is unsolveable

Just imagine the quality of answers you would have gotten so fat if you has described your project fully.
