A Professional approach requires that you have properly skilled and experienced people.

Clearly, you are not there yet - so you have 2 choices:

1. Hire someone who is properly skilled and experienced - whether as an employee, a consultant, or an outsourcing company

2. Invest in proper training for yourself to become properly skilled and experienced.

You could, possibly, combine the two by hiring someone to help with your first project and also train you in the process...
