1)there is no such chip as 24c52, i think
2)there are very few situations, when 100 kHz is needed to communicate with such small memory. One example is to store RAM state when power is going down. In this case capacitor increasing can be solution. 3)OP author lost interest oops - just found IS24C52 (ISSI) is 2k eeprom with possibility to lock permanently half bytes via command. |
