So, this is your signal? The amplitude is 0,5Vss and the signal is sitting on an offset of 8,5V? Then, why not treating the signal as AC-signal? The offset could be filtered out by a simple high pass filter.


It is true,but assume you want to calibrate the scanner in the steady state,
so ac coupling can't work,
