The thermal constants in a cement kiln will more likely be in the range of tens of seconds than microseconds! Moreover, from what I can determine from a translation of the datasheet you linked, these sensors have timeconstants in the hundreds of microseconds, so 100k samples/second is overkill, to say the least. - Rob. |
