Comments need to focus on what the program is doing; ie, why a particular instruction (or group of instructions) is there.

Comments that simply repeat the definition of the 8051 instructions are seldom useful; eg,

We know what the CLR instruction does - there is no need to repeat that.

The comment needs to describe why you are clearing TI at this point.
