Can you check the SDA and SCL line by the help of scope? Is there action at all? Yup the action was all there. But your post & Michael's post regarding PD made me re-look the I2C routines. I compared my I2C routines with the I2C routines uploaded in the 8052 code library. I did two things doubled the nops in the delay routine and tweaked the I2C clock & data lines before checking for ACK as per the I2C routines in the code library. And lo behold 2.5 volts was there:):) Many thanks everybody for your posts & support. warm regards Punit |
