Hi Punit,
Have you checked these items: 1) Have the VREF connected to all pins of the part that require a VREF connection? 2) Are both the DGND and AGND hooked up? 3) Have you carefully studied and implemented the commands with regard to the PD bit to make sure that you have not accidently put the device in PD mode which causes the outputs to go to float mode looking like 16K ohms to AGND.
