We buy w78e516dpg (64k,512ram,44plcc) from China.
I have not investigated what are differences from older w78e516B - i'm using features , which are presented in 516B - "standard" '52 part plus one 4bit port P4 (i'm using one of these extra pins ). I downloaded , but not tryed yet Windows IAP software - just know it exist, parts come preprogrammed and locked against parallel reading. We erase and reprogramm our bootlader, probably will switch to Nuvoton IAP, but later. If You interested in price and Chinese retailer - drop me email. regards |
