What you could do is set an output port when the system has reached its operating state and the safety function is being performed. Then you can use an oscilloscope to determine the time delay between power up and the system being active.
Note that an experimental approach like this does not tell you the worst case longest possible startup delay, but it does provide you with a way of optimising the system. |
