Let get 8032 for example.
- After power-up (which takes some measurable milliseconds) reset line should be active long enough , so scillator can stabilize - check datasheet for this "value" in milliseconds range. - 8032 does not have internal program memory and bootloader - so no time wasted here - 8032 does not have internal program memory - it executes YOUR code from ROM , so ( after reset line is released ) how fast will be fired LED on port P1.0 depends only from YOU. regards |
