Yes, the daylight savings is a political decision and not a physical property of nature.
I always keeps a list of future daylight savings changes. If all is well, a technician may configure the rules for the next 10 years at the same time. For networked devices, it's easy to have the equipment auto-synchronize to remove the need for local visits. Even a simple SMS can solve such a problem. |
