Have you plotted the noise?
It can sometimes make it obvious that the noise comes from the mains frequency and the difference between mains frequency and crystal frequency can result in an interference that gets very visible even when you average many samples. The averaging window will slowly slide in relation to the voltage curve of the mains power. |
