Actually I am not 'loading' the internal referance by using it for outer ciruit. for external ckt i have an other 2.5V referance. irrelevant, ANY reference voltage is divided by 16 when you set this thus your reference is 2500/16 ~150mV i.e. full count is 150mV the noise level does not surprise me. I do not remember your chip but if it is 4096 full count then 1sb is approx 40uV and it takes extreme care to design with that low a level of noise Erik |
