Department of Redundancy Department. As if we don't already have enough digits to describe the part. ;-) It thought that's what the 'N' was about.
On the PIP page in question the active 40 pin DIPs all have a 112 suffix, but if you read below that into "discontinued variants" section then some of the 44 pin PLCCs also use 112. |
