#176437 - if yes, don't Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Are You beginner ?
if yes, don't you will end up with a constant question "is it my code or my programmer?" A parallel programmer is NOT a job for a novice as illustrated by the fact that all (?) manufacturers have removed parallel programming from their datasheets simply because the overload of the support lines. Should you choose to ignore my advice then DO NOT substitute ANY components, we have had threads galore here "why does my programmer not work" that were FINALLY resolved when the OP 'admitted' (s)he had substitutes a component. ALSO beware that many of the 'programmer' circuits posted on the web ONLY work if the PC is the same type and OS as that used by the one that posted the circuit. (there has been several posts "why does my programmer not work with my new PC"). Erik PS you do not need to get AT89Sxxx there are many other ISP chips that will not require you to get a programmer. |
