There is an online and an offline version. The offline for the current snapshot can be downloaded from the snapshots page, the official one for 2.9.0 which you might be using is here.
You want read chapter 3.14 first.

I have some example of SDCC/asm on my website, look for the crypto/XTEA. No external data, though.
