One VERY important thing to note about it is that it uses Special Function Register "pages" to access some of the features, like the upper ports (4 through 7), the second UART, etc. You'll probably scratch your head a whole lot trying to figure out why a certain feature doesn't work, and it's because you forgot to select the correct page before accessing the peripheral. The F005 family is quite a good workhorse, and I like the F300/310 family but there are some non-standard "Deviations" which can annoy you if you don't read the data sheet carefully. -a |
