#175602 - which two?
Responding to: ???'s previous message
1. What is the man difference between the two ?
The Mazdi boomk is quite old (in computer terms) and may thus lead you to believe that you need a 'programmer' YOU DO NOT. Use ISP chips such as the 89x51xd2 (replace 'x' to get actual part numbers e.g. P89V51RD2, AT89C52ED2) or the whole SILabs series.

2. In which one can i use an IDE etc along with the board (NOT trainer/programmer) and see instant results of the program ?
Get a SILabs devboard and you will have emulation which allow you to see everything that goes on. To get the same for other chips, you need to buy an ICE ($800 - up)

3. Which one is better to have/buy(assuming price is not the constraint)?
see 2

You should start with reading 'the bible'
