here it is saying that its using for delay matching also. As already noted, the term "buffer" has several different meanings in different contexts; I don't think this one (like the software one) is relevant to your situation - is it? "Delay equalisation" may be required where several different signal processing paths come together, but have different delays - so delays may need to be added to bring them back into synchronisation |
