I will reframe my doubt like this.I want to design a simple signal processing circuit consists of an amplifier and a filter.I got a review comment like just add one buffer between this.But I dont really know what is a buffer,why it is needed? or what will it do with my signal processing circuit.I would like to get a clear understanding of buffer and its purpose,then only I can decide that whether a buffer should be included in my ckt or not.
And the o/p of signal processing circuit would be going to an ADC of a micro controller, which has a built in sample and hold ckt before the ADC.Then is it needed to add an additional Sample&Hold ckt?
