#175027 - V.22? Responding to: ???'s previous message |
What TTL RS232? RS232 is not TTL, which is the reason for MAX232 or similar to convert between TTL and the RS232 levels.
But next thing - serial data on the UART is just a stream of characters. It does not tell us anything about frequencies and timing etc. You might for example have an application where you use 1200 baud to send a serial command "P1000000000,10000n" as a request to play a 1GHz sine wave at 10.000V amplitude. The above suggestion isn't very likely, but it does show that you have to be more specific about what you do mean. Might you mean that you want to implement a 1200 baud modem such as Bell 212A / V.22, or at least the encoding/decoding of the FSK for such a modem standard? |
