If you're needing 3V3 to 5V conversion anyway how about evaluating a concept involving only a single PCA unit, 3 spare port pins and a 3:8 HCT demultiplexer?

Have not checked closely but HCT238 type could do.

So only one PCA and more servos:) Software seems more straightforward with only one PCA unit too.
