Now on topic.Although fully conversant with valves,I am yet to really play with MOSFETs.We had been relacing MOSFETs quite ritually since long.Let's start with fundamentals and here is my understandings.

Will you kindly provide me with a list (3/4 examples) of each six varieties of MOSFETs to enable me have a stock?
As for BC368/369 I am particularly fond of them ever since they were used in TV verticals.Decades back TV vertical stage with no heat sink was to be 'made' to believe.
Why do you defeat the name of the thread "PNP switch"?
