#168451 - PNP SWITCH
GREETINGS.
An alarm clock 8051 will switch on the external alarm(9 to 12 volts @100mA) by making a port pin low for say 3 seconds. The alarm, when on,will latch the switch,by a normallty high port pin, till user puts off by the push to off switch.
I have the schematic here.

Can somebody complete/correct it?
Possibly MJK or Kai who had earlier contributed to similar question on relays?

BC369 VCE(sat) {@Ic=1.0A,Ib=100mA} = 0.5V

BC557 VCE(sat) {@Ic=-100mA,Ib=-5mA} =-90 to 270 mV
VBE(on) {@Ic=-100mA,Ib=-5mA} = 900 mV

Best Regards

   I would use a PMOSFET            01/01/70 00:00
      MOSFETS            01/01/70 00:00
MOSFETs help to save supply current            01/01/70 00:00
            stock depleted :-)            01/01/70 00:00
