#167581 - How to get good answers
Responding to: ???'s previous message
Remember that nobody here knows anything at all about you, your experience, or your project other than what you specifically explain in your posts.

1 - But SyncMOS never replied.

You never mentioned that you had even contacted SyncMOS (or any other manufacturer or distributor) - let alone that they were not being forthcoming.

You need to make it clear what you have tried - otherwise people will just be suggesting things that you have already done!

4 - The tone of my posting doesn't necessarily reflect that this is a chore

Your posting is all we have to go on - so you need to make sure that it fully & clearly describes your situation.

rather I am in a position where I have to collect as much data as I can and in no time about a project at hand, that's all.

I sympathise.

In your situation, I think I would be seriously doubting using these parts at all. If I really couldn't get the information that I required at this point, I would be seriously worried about what that suggests for the support that I might receive if I went ahead with this project...

Perhaps if you described your actual requirements, people might be able to suggest appropriate alternatives with decent support...
