#166914 - How to use a GLCD?
Hi Dear Friends,
I've started to design an energy meter which has 128x64 graphic LCD monitorisation. You can see first version of my design below. I have a secondhand GLCD module which has KS107 chipset. But I've never used a GLCD before. So that, I need some technical/informative suggestions and documentation. I searched on the internet but I could not find any detailed explanation how to use this device. As far as I know GLCDs have two seperate chips to scan pixels. And their scan direction differs according to chipset which is used on. On the other hand, GLCD has the same input control pins with character LCDs.(EN, D/I, CS1, CS2...) But I don't know the logic how to monitor required data on the LCD. I want to be able to monitor current, voltage, reactive power, real power, waveforms of paremeters, and user menu to set the device. Could you help me please?

I'm waitnig your valuable suggestions.

Best Regards,

Batu C.
