Several Atmel AVR tools will support the S51 and S52.
Some third-party tools will do the S53, S8252, S8253 as well. AFAIK the STK500 software will do low voltage in-circuit serial programming of the AT89S52. The software does not support the regular AT89C51 chips although I can see no reason for the HVPP hardware to not work with mcs51 chips. David. |
