Look at the documentation for the particular compiler that you are using - to see its recommendation.
Look at the manufacturer's website for the particular chip you are using - to see if they provide a header. Amit Mittal said:

You at least need to say what compiler (and version) it came with, or where else you got it from. Or, you can just look at it and see if it defines everything you need; it's just a header file the same as any other header file - nothing magic or special about it! |
