Doesn't all of their documentation say to use the device at your own risk.......basically? Isn't it YOUR job to verify the bootloader works correctly before you release it into a production application? You pushing them for revenue return because you didn't test or verify before release......sounds fishy to me.
I don't think you have any case here.....IMO. |
