Anyone know about the "proper" steps for that task?
Should it be done by the company. Or should a third-party do the disassembly of the competitors product to allow black-box operation in case no violation was found? And should the third-party disassemble your product too, or compare the disassembly of the competitors product with the parts of or full sources of your product? I would assume that there are companies specializing in this kind of forensic work. |
