i gave the circuit as per the MAX 232 IC and used 1 uf capacitor. i am not getting the correct alphabetic. but the hyper terminal shows many alphanumeric characters which is unrelated. What are unrelated characters? What are the expected characters? How do you transmit them from the '51? Can you post your program? What is the crystal frequency? JW |
