#98403 - 2 pages? Responding to: ???'s previous message |

There is a tutorial here, but it is quite lengthy, too. No two-page rough guide. No howto quickstart. Two page rough guide? What exactly are we going to cover in two pages? Just a "1. Write a program and assemble it. 2. Download the HEX file to the microcontroller or EPROM. 3. Turn your circuit on." I'm 100% in favor of providing an easy-to-read "quickstart" type of thing, but just how "quick" and how much would be covered? Obviously you're not going to be able to get into anything like timers, baud rates, interrupts, etc. So what exactly would we cover in such a short thing? Regards, Craig Steiner PS--And, yes, Steve's quote was funny. :) It was done by a comedian about 40 years ago. |
