Yes, it's got a pair of EL34 pentodes in parallel as the pass elements with 10 ohm resistors in the cathodes to share the current. The schematic shows the top grid connected to the cathode, the middle grid connected to a fixed bias about 270V above the cathode and the bottom grid connected to the error amplifier.
