According to my reading of the datasheet you provided, it appears that the MCU has no program memory and therefore must rely on an external eprom for program store. In your first posting you said that you wrote a small program in assembler to help you diagnose the circuit board. I am curious as to where and how your program is loaded and how is it being executed?
