probably not at all, the xilinx cable has a cpld in it which controls the specific timing for the programming interface, also the file formats are different.
As for copying the code, if you set the security bits then they cannot be copied unless someone cuts the lid off and has access to a scanning electron microscope to read the fuses, its probably far easier just to try to reverse engineer the code. |
