Note that purchase price isn't everything.
There is also the issue of documentation for the setup and potential training. Depending on how critical this equipment is, there may also be issues with using non-name converters. An example is supported temperature range. Extra converters are also extra sources of errors, that may not be easy to fix in the field. |
