Our 1st Amendment protects his right to say whatever he wants. It also protects his right to practice his religion. So, it is his right to preach whatever he wants. It is unfortunate that he has a lot of money and as such owns a number of radio stations, which are used to amplify his speech.

Unfortunately, there are no laws against stupid. One might think that Corrections Corporation of America (the largest operator of private prisons in this country) would start "encouraging" the legislators they own (there, I said it) to introduce such laws. (They've been successful at getting laws such as Arizona's SB1070 passed -- and it was signed into law only because CCA gave our idiot governor a lot of money. But I digress.)

The best way to counter these preachers is with ridicule. Witness the Foo Fighters hiring a flatbed truck, loading a PA and their backline gear onto it, and parking it right in front of a Westboro Baptist protest.

And the absolute most bestest way to counter these preachers is to completely eliminate their tax-free status. That'll shut 'em up right quick.
