Well, the person best suited to the problem at hand of course! Quite frankly I couldn't care less if they put down 'linux' as their religion on the employment application form or profess to sleeping with an Android-enabled teddybear (or whatever..)
I for one have worked with several such people whom one might refer to as 'geeks'.. Sure, their brains may be wired differently, but from my own experience it was their unique perspective(s) that proved invaluable towards the solving of complex problems quickly and effectively.
