Note that Code::Blocks is an IDE. From that IDE, you can write command-line tools, embedded applications, Windows applications...
Ultimate++ that you linked to is a framework, i.e. basically a software library. So it is not an IDE: By the way - many people uses Code::Blocks with the wxWidgets framework (which happens to be the framework that Code::Blocks itself is designed with). |
