#183119 - DC Motor control - SG 3525 |
I see there are some 179 hits for the subject on this forum but most of them deal with code
I am helping out my friend with a small speed controller for a 24V / 18W DC motor. Searched the net and came up with a scheme here http://www.wzmicro.com/3525.htm. Anyone used the SG 3525 in this kind of application ? Would be great to get a feedback / tips from the experts. I specifically liked the circit as it gives full control over the min / max voltage and as well as frequency. I always thought for effective speed control the PWM frequency is a "critical" parameter to decide ?? With a variable control I can possibly choose the best freqency.. Thanks Raghu |
