I also forgot to mention that in Apple's NDA you promise not to disclose any of their secrets, but they won't promise that they won't disclose any of yours that they may find while vetting your app.
It seemed to my legally untrained mind that you couldn't even write an article (as is I frequently do), although with the plethora of books on developing iApps would suggest that there is a way around this, or more probably, that I am wrong. |
