#181763 - Some Suggestions Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Hi Aparna,
My suggestions: 1. Connect Pin No.6 (SEL) to +5V, so that it works as RS232 output. 2. Use a MAX232 for converting RS232 signals to TTL, and then connect to MCS51. You will find tonnes of information how to connect RS232 device to MCS51. Then it is upto you to write the software by carefully reading the datasheet. I think, this is an easy route for you to finish this project faster. |
