Not really, I guess you will have bugs, they will, however, not be due to "dangerous constructs".

I am a bit miffed about all this "why does the tools not save me from making mistakes" are those requesting this incapable of creating safe code?. This is basically asking the tools to be smarter than yourself.
There is no way in hades you can create optimum code if you are not allowed to (dangerously?) optimize your code.
if you consider the tales of the ADA places you will understand why those places are populated by people needing the restrictions imposed.
