#180363 - Or capture end flank Responding to: ???'s previous message |
A different alternative - if assuming that the leading flank is linear, is to have a comparator or similar to generate an interrupt at the end of the pulse. Then the 500Hz sampling rate gives you the data to compute the leading flank as a straight line, and the interrupt may catch the over-the-top time with us resolution allowing you to compute the highest signal value. With 500 Hz sampling rate, you will always have a hard time getting the samples close enough to the peak value and you will also have a hard time getting a sample immediately when the pulse ends. |
