#180075 - 5V ARMs
I guess these will be of particular interest to some (many?) people considering an "upgrade" from 8051 (or other processors of similar generation)?

A couple have been mentioned already:

Cypress PSoC-5: http://www.8052.com/forumchat/read/180048
http://www.cypress.com/?id=2233

Nuvoton NuMicro M051: http://www.8052.com/forumchat/read/180071
http://www.nuvoton.com/hq/enu/Pr...fault.aspx

Both of the above have wide operating ranges - from under 3V to 5.5V - so they don't keep you tied-in to 5V-only systemns...

Anyone care to add any others?
