#179889 - hard way
Responding to: ???'s previous message
a)Connect voltmeter to conditioner output.
You will measure some voltage V1.
V1=V0.R1/(R1+Ro) [1]
, where R1 is input impedance of multimeter, Vo is output of conditioner, Ro is output impedance of conditioner.
Here only V1 is known.
b)Connect known load Ra to output of conditioner and measure again with same multimeter.
V2=V0.R2/(R2+Ro) . [2]
Here R2=Ra.R1(Ra+R1)
c)Disconnect load Ra, connect other value load Rb and measure again.
V3=V0.R3/(R3+Ro) . [3]
Here R3=Rb.R1(Rb+R1)

Now solve system [1][2][3].
