IcIs1 and IcIs2 are current controlled current sources. D1 is to simulate drop on the photodiode.
D2 and D3 (R4 and R5) were remnants from my simulation on IL300 (like LOC110 but from Vishay). The simulation did not these (I should have removed these). |
