#173839 - Backup Registry First Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Hi Erik,
In principle, uninstalling the software should take care of any problems that arise. However, things don't always go according to principle. I suggest that if you are going to install this software, you first backup your Registry. That way if you do experience problems, if push comes to shove, you can restore to a point before you installed anything. Uninstall programs do not remove all registry entries, and manually searching the whole thing for leftover remnants can be frustrating to say the least. Good luck, Joe |
